Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Natalie Davis Studio is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to international orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.


Delays & Lost Parcels

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs clearance, weather conditions, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you need assistance, you may contact us at info@nataliedavisstudio.com and we will do our best to help.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.


Damaged Items
